Tetcher Gastropub in Kharkov

A stylish European cafe with farmer's meat, molecular cuisine and excellent alcohol.

I've heard a lot about this cafe. I even booked a table in advance just in case. I decided that I wanted to sit on the summer playground. Another cafe has 3 areas inside.
The table ordered was occupied. It was not difficult for us to sit down after another, it's still unpleasant.

I've heard a lot about molecular cuisine, I'm determined that I want to try ice cream with nitrogen. The waiter was very affable, but disappointed. There is no nitrogen for ice cream. I wanted to order a burger with falafel. But there were no buns for burgers. And the Malfoy was not there. Is this my luck? Or what? There were not any desserts at all.
I ordered berry lemonade, chicken supreme. My friend ordered the veal under the gremolata and Butcher's Steak.
Gastropub promises unusual dishes, the guys try to cook, at first glance, not appetizing parts of cutting carcasses, for example, soup with bovine tails or baked cheeks of a bull. There are also fish dishes on the menu. The bar menu features 6 types of beer: Newcastle Brown Ale, Blanche de Bruxelles, Tennent's Stout, Krombacher, Home Beer, Warsteiner. Also every day there bake 4 types of bread, but for some reason, the rolls were not there.

Every Sunday at 5:00 pm it's traditional Five O'clock Tea. Everyone who came at 5 pm, treated with tea and dessert (every week a new one).
Every day from 9:00 to 12:00 the Breakfast menu operates, and from 12:00 to 17:00 - the Daily menu, in which the section WOK Menu is presented and expanded.

Lemonade was common but tasty. Chicken with rice turned out to be delicious with tender meat and appetizing sauce. The friend was delighted with the steak.
