Stadium Metallist in Kharkov

Kharkiv regional sports complex "Metalist" is the central stadium of the city.

The stadium is the venue for home matches of the football club with the same name. Also here concerts are provided.
Since 2007 the reconstruction of the stadium "Metalist" began in preparation for the "Euro 2012". To increase the number of seats, the southern and eastern stands were reconstructed, and the eastern one was actually rebuilt. A new canopy was erected around the stadium, in exchange for the old one, which covers only part of the western and northern stands. A new lighting system is installed to replace the old four lighting masts. In addition, the stadium was equipped with new technical facilities for the convenience of viewers, in particular, two LED displays "Barco", LED advertising line, and the stadium was equipped with a spider camera.
There is good acoustics at concerts, so sometimes musicians perform here.
