A restaurant in the city center with a buffet and always fresh produce. The interior is neat, but at the entrance it seems pompous.

Premier Palace is the main hotel in Kharkov. The hotel offers (apart from the rooms) several restaurants. I went to Pacific Spoon. A feature of this restaurant is a buffet for breakfast and lunch. The restaurant itself is considered a luxury. But to go there you do not need to dress in evening dress. It's enough just to have money, huh.

I did not go to breakfast. Breakfast time is from 7.00 to 11.00 on weekdays. From 7.00 to 12.00 - weekends and holidays.
I went to a business lunch. It time is from 12:00 to 15:30. The big plus - you can save lunch time, you do not have to wait for your dishes. The lunch costs 185UAH.
For lunch fresh salads are offered (I really liked the salad with arugula and peaches), freshly sliced fresh vegetables, meat and cheese sliced, soup (this time it was soup with meatballs, it was very liquid), good fish and meat (tasty silver carob, kebab from chicken), garnish (there was pesto pasta), fresh black and white bread, assorted desserts, juices and water unlimited, tea or coffee to choose from.
I took a few salads, the salad with peach was delicious, fruity (pineapple, peach, strawberry, pear) was also good, but the sweet syrup strained me. Also I took 5 sauces, they were freshcooked.
The carver was juicy and baked. The pasta was cold, but the pasta was of solid sorts, so it's not bad, but I did not estimate it.
The bread is good, which is very rare for Ukraine.
I want to give a special plus to desserts. Small different cakes struck my taste buds. I ate 9 pieces (yes, I'm still alive). Chocolate, fruit, honey, tiramisu, another chocolate ... Only the cheesecake was not tasty.

The site writes that there is still a special children's menu.
Five-star service pleased me. Clean white tablecloths, a lot of cutlery, large plates, polite waiters - it's all important.
Large light windows, comfortable armchairs, a cup of good cappuccino in the designer cup - an excellent end to lunch.
