Orphans of Kharkov Charity Society

Tha charity society for care about the destiny of orphan children.

There are thousands of children in Ukraine left without parents. Children get into orphanages not only because their parents are dead, alcoholics, use drugs or very poor, but also because parents being cold hearted don't want to take care of their children!

The aims of this organisation:
The most important is to help children find a family. Instill family relations skills.
Adjust to life outside the orphanage. Make children feel somebody needs them, feel warmth, care and love.
Attract attention of kindhearted people with free time and certain knowledge they want to hare to the problems of orphans.
Develop creative abilities.
Give happiness of communication and meeting new friends both to grownups and to children.

Together is easier to help these children to make their life more sweet.

Any help will be accepted and highly priced by the children. They need so much!

Material needs:
To sponsor educational program for orphans.
Very necessary digital photo camera.
Fridge for daytime camp.
Participation and sponsorship of camps for orphans.
Computers.
Sports kit for outdoor games: balls for soccer, volleyball, basketball; Table tennis and badminton complete set; jumping balls.
Wardrobes and chairs.
Books, if it is possible, full of pictures and useful information.

Non-technical needs:
Adoption and guardianship.
Communication with children, creation of study and hobby groups, sports clubs.
Organization of summer camps.
Attraction of people's attention to the problems of the orphanage and all orphans by means of newspapers, radio, television (social advertisement).
Attraction friends, familiars and just kind people.
