Global Wellness Day

The worldwide healthday in Superior Gold & Spa Resort.

A whole day from 10:00 to 16:00 at different locations will be fitness and pilates, stretching and aqua aerobics, martial arts, dancing, football, tennis. There will be yoga of adults and kids, yoga for grandparents and even yoga for expectant mothers. There will be amusing mini-golf and master classes on Slavic wrestling. There will be demonstration performances on wushu and dance classes. There will be so much that you are definitely not bored!

The lessons are conducted by the best trainers of the Superior Golf Resort, the Wellness Center of Maharaj, the Fitness Club "TETRA", the AURA Sports Pleasure Club, the Football Development Center "FUTBIK". The "Living Spirulina" brand treats us with useful cocktails, "Alaska" company is pure water.

The idea of the World Wellness Day is to promote a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, sports, active recreation. Non-commercial holiday: all performances, trainings, master classes on this day are free.
