A former factory, which was given a second life: now it is 4 floors with a bar, coworking, an event-zone.
This unusual place is located in the old center of Kharkov. In fact, it consists of 3000 m², 4 zoned floors, a successful combination of historical uniqueness and loft minimalism. This space gave a second life to an abandoned factory for sorting seeds and became an excellent platform for the realization of the intellectual and creative potential of Kharkov.
1 floor is a restaurant and bar. You immediately fall into the Western style, everything is too perfect. The prices for food are above average, but the quality of taste and presentation pleases.
Every day vinyl music plays here, live concerts are sometimes arranged.
2nd and 3rd floor: Event Zone. Again, we are met by large spaces and comfortable classes for training. Here passed KharkovJS and the third TEDx in Kharkov. Other activities are being constantly carried out. Schools of theatrical skill can conduct performances here.
On the 4th floor of Fabrika.space there is a cozy coworking, where all the necessary conditions for the working environment are created. This is a room isolated from the rest of the areas, where freelancers are not distracted either by music and noisy bar conditions, nor by large-scale events passing the floor below.
